Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on Twocart (twocart.in) are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms described below. This policy is designed to ensure transparency and is aligned with applicable provisions of the E-Commerce Rules 2020.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after:

    • Successful payment (for prepaid orders), or

    • Order verification (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays


2. Shipping Coverage

  • Twocart delivers across PAN India

  • Delivery availability depends on serviceable pin codes of our logistics partners

In rare cases where delivery is not possible, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: up to 8–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Location accessibility

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen events


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping may be free or charged, depending on ongoing offers

  • Typical structure:

    • Free shipping above a certain order value (recommended ₹799+)

    • Flat shipping fee for lower-value orders

Exact charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible pin codes

  • Additional verification (such as OTP confirmation) may be required

  • Twocart reserves the right to:

    • Disable COD for certain users

    • Cancel COD orders in case of suspected misuse


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via:

    • Email or SMS (if applicable)

Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If the customer is unavailable:

    • The package may be returned to origin (RTO)

    • Re-delivery is not guaranteed

Repeated failed deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders.


8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Twocart is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to incorrect details, the customer may need to bear re-shipping charges.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to:

  • Check the package condition at the time of delivery

  • Record an unboxing video for proof

If the package appears:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Opened

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


10. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking details


11. International Shipping

  • Currently, Twocart does not offer international shipping

  • Orders are limited to delivery within India only


12. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address

  • Correct contact details

Twocart is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect information.
